Big Guitar Digital Sculptural Enlargement

Direct Events wanted a large scale guitar for the Austin Music Hall.
They brought us an actual Les Paul guitar, which we scanned, then milled from 4pd urethane foam.
An armature was placed inside the urethane foam, then we covered the entire guitar in fiberglass.
After priming, Blue Genie then painted the guitar (front and back views shown below).
It stands approximately 10 feet high.
