Cezanne Mural

This mural was comissioned by Central Market, a high end grocery store.
They wanted to have some fruit in the scene since the space for the mural is over the fruit bins.
The idea of using a classic painting seemed like a good choice.
Based on several different Cezanne still lifes, this 50 foot by 10 foot mural is actually a bas-relief sculpture made up of 26 pieces. |
