Dome Interior

We were commissioned to design, fabricate, and install the 3-dimensional design on the interior of this dome for a private residence.

Our architectural designer used our Rhino 3D modeling program to conceive and lay out the design.

Then, our 3-dimensional router carved out the original shapes from which we made molds.

Once the molds were made, we cast the shapes in flexible polyurethane to insure they would lay down flat in the curved surface of the dome.

We also provided the paint masks for the design around the bottom of the dome.

This is just one of three jobs we designed and fabricated for this truly magnificent home.
