We created this advertising character for the Hideaway Pizza chain in Oklahoma.
Based on the drawing provided, we made a maquette.
Then we scanned the maquette, and milled the styrofoam pieces on our 3D router.
Later, a steel armature was made to support the styrofoam and we coated the sculpture with our polyurea hard coat.
The last step was the paint job.
