This page shows some of the process we used to create the giant relief panels for the Bob Bullock Texas History Museum.  (Each panel is 11' by 16')

These pictures show sculpting the foam panels, Marty spraying rubber onto one of the panels, and the resulting giant foam mother molds.

The last photo shows the installation of the completed panels on the facade of the still under construction museum.
